No spamming of any kind.
Pretty obvious really, but it’s worth stating. By spamming, we mean any unsolicited direct marketing approach. This includes e-mail spam, instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, wiki spam, online classified ads spam, mobile phone messaging spam, Internet forum spam, social spam, and file sharing spam.
In short, if you find yourself asking, “is this spam?”, it probably is. Do it at your peril.
We take this stuff pretty seriously. Any affiliate we find partaking in spamming activities will be swiftly cut from the program.
No brandjacking of any kind.
We’ve spent a lot of time and effort nurturing our brand image to make Jamorama an even easier sell for you. Brandjacking only dilutes that.
What is brandjacking I hear you ask. Well, it’s basically impersonating us, or passing yourself off as being officially connected to us in some way (i.e. setting yourself up as an ‘official’ reseller, or information source of Jamorama).
Brandjacking activities include:
- Purchasing domain names based on Jamorama trademark terms, or variations thereof (i.e. jamoramainfo.com).
- Setting up pages (i.e. on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) based on Jamorama trademark terms, or variations thereof.
When we find this kind of stuff we quickly shut it down, so it’s not worth doing it. Stay pure. Play it straight man!
No brand bidding of any kind.
Brand bidding is where you bid on PPC keywords based on Jamorama trademark terms, or variations thereof.
Examples of these are 'Jamorama', 'Jamorama Review', 'Jamorama vs Competitor X', 'Jamorama guitar lessons'.
If you’re thinking about doing this, our advice is simple: Don’t!
No brand negative headlines.
You’ve probably seen these types of headlines before... 'Product X, is it a scam?' and, 'Product Y, don’t waste your money!'.
We ask affiliates to avoid this type of brand negative marketing as it weakens our brand image and hurts everyone involved in the affiliate program.
When we find headlines like these we act quickly to shut them down.
No misleading information.
It’s really important that potential customers are not being mislead about our product. That’s why affiliates must keep published information about Jamorama up to date and accurate.
We will email you when changes occur to make this easy for you. It is then up to you to respond and make the appropriate changes on your pages. Failing to do so could lead to you being cut from the program.
No unauthorized use of Jamorama content (website, images, videos, or copy).
We provide authorized assets for you to use in your campaigns in our Affiliate Tools section. These assets can be used on your pages provided you do not alter their appearance or message in any way (you may alter the size of videos and images to fit your requirements though).
Any other material, outside of these authorized assets, is off limits unless we’ve given you written permission to use them. That includes the site itself... so please, no iframes.
Any affiliate content found to be in breach of our copyright will be shut down via the appropriate channels and that affiliate will be banned from the program.

No fake reviews.
One great way to make sales of Jamorama is to create a clear and concise, first hand review of the product and it’s benefits. We require that all reviewers do actually use the product before creating their review.
